At Animal Referral Centre (ARC), our mission is to provide the best companion animal healthcare. Our family owned practice has a team of committed, caring professionals that take a multidisciplinary approach to every patient's care, in state of the art facilities. 

We are offering a fixed, full time position for an immediate start until mid-January 2020. This position involves daytime, evening and weekend work in a rotating roster.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This person will be the face of the clinic. Greeting clients, organising appointments, and liasing with referring veterinarians will form the bulk of the work with some practice administration duties such as end of day reconciliation also. Availability to work some evenings and weekends is essential for this position.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will be service focused and experienced in customer service. This person will have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to relate well to people of various cultures and work well under pressure. Experience with Ezyvet practice management software would be advantageous. A love of animals is essential.
